When we had found out that Lisa (my wife) had been offered a teaching job in Hanford we knew that we would need to relocate. Neither of us had ever even been to Hanford, other than to interview for a job in the Hanford school district, and had no idea what the price range for a house was or even were to begin looking. After driving around Hanford for a while we began to notice that many homes that we were interested in had Summer Millers name on them. After calling her we immediately began to feel comfortable with her and the advise she gave us was clearly given in our best interest. In fact she never even mentioned any houses that she was listing until after she had listened to what we were looking for in a home.
       Summer agreed to meet with us, even on her way back from down south on a weekend, and she took us only by homes that we would be interested in. After we picked out a home she walked us thru the process of making an offer and explained every step with patience and clarity. Once we had found the home for us and were in escrow Summer stayed in contact with us the entire time to make sure that all of our questions were answered. After closing Summer contacted us to ensure that every thing had gone well. Buying a home can be stressful but with the right real-estate agent buying a home can be an enjoyable experience.
